On this week's The Kaufman Show, Dave and Jay speak with Kimmy Bloemers Carter, daughter of the late Gary Carter, about Tuesday's street renaming ceremony in honour of The Kid. We also spoke with John Vergados, founder of the Ron Piche Quebec Senior Baseball League, about their charity game at Gary Carter Park in Ahuntsic that will pit an all star team featuring Bill Lee against the Wrentham (Mass.) Warriors, who will have former Major Leaguer Oil Can Boyd on the mound. Admission is $5, all money raised will go to support Boston charities and people affected by the Boston Marathon bombings.
